Racing is a dangerous sport. Safety equipment sold by Acceleration Kart Racing is not guaranteed to protect the user from injury or death. Durango Marketing, Inc., DBA Acceleration Kart Racing is not responsible or liable for any injury up to and including death resulting from the use of any product purchased from our web site. By purchasing from Acceleration Kart Racing, you agree to accept full liability. Durango Marketing Inc., DBA Acceleration Kart Racing is not liable for any damages resulting from internet fraud or credit card fraud. There are no warranties extended by Acceleration Kart Racing, explicit or implied. If any warranties exist from the manufacturer, distributor or importer, it is the customer’s responsibility to pursue satisfaction from said manufacturer, distributor or importer. In purchasing from this site the customer agrees to all terms.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with an item purchased from us, simply return the unused item to us within 30 days. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be issued store credit only. No restocking charge will apply if the return is made within 30 days and the product is in new condition. (New Condition means we can return it to the shelf and sell it as new). If a refund to original payment is requested their will be a 3% fee applied. This fee is to cover the Credit Card Fees that we are charged at the time of purchase, merchants do not refund those fees.

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Amazon Pay. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

• All PayPal payments over $700.00 and credit card or Amazon Pay payments over $1,000.00 will incur a $4.00 Signature Required shipping fee. This is the only way we can insure your package.
• All payments are only authorized when you place your order and at time of shipment we will only capture the amount for all items being shipped.
• All International orders will incur a 2% credit card processing fee based on your order total. For all international terms please visit our international policy.
• Fees: Any fees mentioned above will be charged at time of shipment and will not reflect in your checkout total. You will receive a final receipt on your package or can request one be sent via email.  
  

All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site many be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price to to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Acceleration Kart Racing, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount.

If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.

 Most racing kart parts come with no implied warranty. However if a problem does occur you can contact the Manufacture directly or Acceleration will contact the Manufacture on your behalf. Please note that if warranty is approved, only the product can be replaced and shipping costs are not covered.

 All contents of the Acceleration Karting website, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations and software are property of Acceleration Kart Racing or its content suppliers, and are protected by US and International Copyright laws.
