International Orders

International Shipping Methods and Payment Terms

  • International packages are shipped using USPS (US Postal Service) FedEx, or DHL. All International Orders will incur a 2% credit card/Paypal/Amazon processing fee based on your order total. This fee is added at time of shipment and will not reflect in checkout. Your shipping address will need to be registered with your Paypal account and show as an approved address at time of shipment. We do research all International orders due to high fraud rates. International orders are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day they are placed. Wire Transfer payments will incur a $25 fee. Customer will be responsible for all shipping fees no matter fault. Including damages, incorrect items, exchanges, etc.
  • Please note that shipping charges may vary from the amount indicated by the automatic shipping calculator since some items will go into a dimensional weight. We will notify you before we release your order if the quote is not correct.
  • Customs fees, VAT (value added tax) and sales tax are typically charged by the government of your country and must be paid by the customer once the package arrives. We cannot determine what these fees will be. We recommend that you check with your local customs office or post office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. For customs clearance a customs broker is usually needed who may charge you a brokerage fee. Packages may be held up in customs for a few days and will delay delivery. If packages are denied return shipping charges will be charged to the customer. Acceleration Kart Racing is not responsible for missing items due to customs inspections. If items are missing we will submit a claim with the shipper but are not able to insure if it is denied. Although missing items are not common it has occurred on some packages. Acceleration Kart Racing is not responsible for any losses or fees.

International Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Acceleration Kart racing is no longer responsible for the goods after you receive a Proof of Delivery. All shipping damages will be replaced by Acceleration Kart Racing if you did not waive the shipping insurance. Customers will be responsible for replacement shipping costs no matter fault.
