Dealer Eligibility

    To be eligible:

    • Dealer must have a state/city business license, and a resale certificate. The business must be in the karting industry.
    • A minimum buy in of $500.00 is required on the first purchase.
    • An annual purchase amount of $4,000.00 is required to keep dealer status.
    • All orders must be completed on the website, and you must be logged in with your Dealer credentials.
    • We do not offer open accounts, all orders must be paid for at the time of order.


Exclusions and Rules:

  • Any promotions like Free Shipping or Sales cannot be combined with Dealer Pricing.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice and adjustments may be made after the order is placed. You will be notified if this happens.
  • All special orders are final and non-returnable.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all Dealer returns.
  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
  • No returns are permitted on electrical items.
  • Submission of this form confirms that you have read and understand the Dealer Policy.

You will also be required to submit a copy of your Business License and a Completed Resale Certificate Form which can be attached below. Resale Certificates can be found on your Tax Jurisdiction website, or you can download a Uniform State Sales Tax Form by click the PDF (Note: This form is only valid in 36 states)
  
Once all items have been provided we will notify you of your approval status via email. No order will ship at Dealer price until an approval has been determined.
