We just wanted to send a note to say thank you to the whole AKR team who helped ship the set of MG tires down to Daytona at the Hard Rock for us this weekend! I know it wasn’t an easy process thanks to the credit card “fraud protection” thing. They arrived right on time, and as it turned out we punctured a tire on our first practice run, and these saved the day. I'm new to Las Vegas & I decided to visit Acceleration Kart Racing after I got recommended here by a friend. Upon arrival their was plenty of parking & the atmosphere was very welcoming. I walked in looking for a Bearing & was greeted by Cory who was very helpful & answered all my questions that I had. He educated me about a few things that I had no knowledge of & was very informative about everything I was asking about. These guys are phenomenal. During Friday practice it started raining heavily and forecast changed to heavy rain for Sundays race. The track shop ran out of rain gear and these guys came through for us, Saturday morning the rain gear was delivered.

I received my order today and just wanted to THANK YOU very much for the FAST shipping and FANTASTIC packaging!!! ***Please let the person(s) responsible for packing my order know that I GREATLY APPRECIATE the fact that they realized some delicate items were being combined with a heavier item and they took the time to use extra cardboard and padding to make sure that everything was properly protected. The items arrived in perfect condition thanks to the care and attention given by your packer(s). As part of my every day job I have to ship glass, mirrors, and other very fragile items, so I know how much effort it takes to carefully package and protect items that are being sent across the globe. Tires and tools I needed were on hand and shipped quickly! Some places offer free shipping and then send it via slow boat..got my stuff in less than a week, even with FedEx taking a day longer than they initially said (on FedEx, not Acceleration Karting). I ordered a pair of Alpine Star racing shoes for my son. The pair I ordered was back ordered. AKR reached out and said they has last years model they could get out to me in KY for our race this weekend. When the shoes arrived they had left out the part that they sent them for $15 less than the shoes I ordered. AKR got us what we needed half way across the country and cheaper than I thought it would be. They are great people to deal with.

I’m continually impressed by the team’s commitment to ‘ship same day if the order is in before 1400 hrs’. I’ve probably had 15 orders go in and they’ve shipped according to their commitment every time. I’m also impressed by their inventory; rarely do I get a ‘not in stock’ and they stand behind their parts. When it’s a third party, they make sure a replacement is immediately en route. The only improvement I could offer would be when you place 10 orders, you get the 11th free LOL! Great work, Team AKR!

I found Acceleration Kart Racing 15 years ago when I first started racing kart. After a 10 years absence from karting, I came back and found them as good as ever. What I like most about them is that they have a very nice website where I can find just about everything I needed (some time things I didn't know existed) with clear description, and if I have any question, I can always call and get friendly and knowledgeable help. Once an order is placed, I can always count on prompt shipment.

I ordered a CRG Kid Kart earlier this week, with Holden. I really want to pass on how great the experience was. We were in a slight time crunch, not to mention that I really wanted to get the best equipment possible. So we got the kart on time, completely put together, and ready for the track. This was completely unexpected, and a great surprise. Not to mention, Holden found a way to save me money (which in this sport, every dime saved is a bonus). So we got the kart, my kid slipped in the seat and he fit perfectly. Seat size and location was ideal. Holden always exhibited the highest level of professionalism. Next year, I have to buy 2 cadet karts. Bottom line, unless something magical happens, I will be dealing with Holden next year buying my 2 cadet karts. Thank you and your staff for making this a fantastic experience.

You value me as a customer and I want you to know how much I value you as a supplier. I always vote with my money!! I’m sure Acceleration Kart Racing gets 98% of the dollars I spend on kart parts in a year. The reasons for this are…..you have a good website where I can order things at night when I have time….when I have questions I can call really knowledgeable folks to get straight answers and advice….when I order something 99% of the time it’s in stock and gets delivered to my doorstep in two days…..the prices are very reasonable….frequently you discount things even further by having promotional discounts. My day job in aerospace is improving business quality, cost, schedule and technical performance. If you asked me how you could improve I don’t know what I could tell you to do. You are as close to perfect as I have seen in a business. My home track sells parts, tires and gas. When I have tried buying parts it takes 2-5 weeks and 30% of the time the parts are wrong... so you will continue to get 98% of my parts business. When they run out of tires I buy them from you and I get them in 2 days!! The good thing for them is they usually have gas so I will continue to buy my gas from the home track. So Merry Christmas back to you, Curtis, Josh and the rest of your fine team. I was happy when your parts showed up today as planned!!!
