The Gen4 Armadillo Chest Protector is SFI approved for young drivers.
The Gen4 Armadillo Chest Protector is designed to help absorb impact to the chest area of young drivers / riders in motorsports such as go kart racing, dirt bikes, motocross, and BMX. It can even be used as a chest protector in sports such as baseball.
The VR1 is sized for most drivers / riders from 5-8 years old. The VR2 is for drivers / riders from 8-12 years old. If your driver / rider is 5-8, but a bit big for their age, go with the VR2.
