If you created an account head over to My Account>Login>My Orders>Select your Order. We also send it via email when the order ships. Please keep in mind that your order total may not be the same as your final Receipt due to shortages or any other required adjustments. We only capture the credit card amount that we ship.

You need prior approval before returning an item. If you created an account head over to My Account>Your Orders>Select the Order>Click the Red Return/Refund/Replacement Button>Fill out the Form>and Click the Confirm button. We will review the request within 1 business day and email you with an RMA# and return instructions. You can also call or email us to receive an RMA number if you do not have a registered account. We do require an RMA number on the package so that we are able to process your return or exchange quickly. Be aware that returns receive in store credit only. Please read our Return Policy

You will also be sent an e-mail & text with tracking details, check your spam if you did not receive the e-mail. If you choose to order an item that is Out of Stock, we will ship it as soon as we get it back in stock. Backorders will incur a separate shipping fee that does not get estimated in your original order. We will not charge your card for these items until they are shipped. Please note in your comments if you want the complete order to be held for shipping in order to avoid extra shipping fees.
