Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods:

• All in stock items going Fedex are shipped the same day when your order is placed by 2:30 P.M. (Pacific Standard).
• All in stock items going UPS, DHL and USPS are not always shipped the same day as our pick up time can vary day to day.
• We will provide you with an estimated time for delivery on any out of stock or special order items.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Upon checkout it should give you the estimated days for delivery. Please note that these are business days so it does not count Saturday or Sunday, or the day of shipment. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days for air shipments. For Instance: Ground tells you 4 days, you place your order on Wednesday, it will arrive on Tuesday of the following week.
• We also offer: FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Express, UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, DHL and US Postal Options.
• Please note that by selecting USPS First-Class Mail there is no time in transit guarantee and it is not insured.
• Due to high demand on shipping companies from COVID they are no longer offering a money back guarantee on transit times.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
• Acceleration is not liable for delivered packages that have been stolen. Please only ship to secure locations.
• Please note that shipping charges may vary from the amount indicated by the automatic shipping calculator since some items will go into a dimensional weight. You will be notified of any overages and charged upon shipping.

Back Orders:

Most karting products are made in Italy. Due to this we do experience supply issues on occasion. If an item gets put on back order we will contact you before your order is shipped. You have the option to hold the order until the item becomes available or ship the order incomplete. Back ordered parts will be shipped on arrival with normal shipping fees applied unless canceled or over 60 days.

Free Ground Shipping Disclaimer (when promotion is in effect)

Order must be placed online to receive free shipping. Applies to standard Ground shipping within the continental United States only. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are eligible for free USPS Flat Rate Small Package shipping only. Acceleration reserves the right to choose the shipping method. PO BOXES will be charged the difference of what US Mail and free shipping would have been. International orders are excluded from the free shipping promotion. Upgraded shipping such as 1 Day Air will be charged at full cost. Excludes cost of Insurance which Acceleration may choose to add to any package if determined necessary (radiators, pipes, etc. and all orders over $400.00) Any returned item that received free shipping will be assessed a shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to choose the method of shipping when Free Shipping is chosen.
