Where can I view my sales receipt?

If you created an account head over to My Account>Orders>Invoice. We also include it on the outside of your box. Please keep in mind that your order total may not be the same as your final Receipt due to shortages or any other required adjustments. We only capture the credit card amount that we ship.

How can I return an item?

You do need prior approval before returning an item. If you created an account head over to My Account>Returns and follow the steps to submit a return request. You can also call or email us to receive an RMA number. We do require this number on the package so that we are able to process your return or exchange quickly. Please read our Return Policy Here. How can I check the status and or tracking of my order?

If you created an account head over to My Account>Orders which can be found at the top of our website next to the Search Bar. Find the order in question and click the View button. The tracking information is at the top above the Order Details. You will also be sent an e-mail & text with tracking details, if you did not please check your spam folder. If you checked out as a guest go to the bottom of our site and click on the Track Your Order link. You will need your Order ID and Email address.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock”?

If it is not a Discontinued Item or a Special Order Item we will typically re-stock it. Most of our out of stock items allow you to order them anyways which will put them on Backorder for you and ship when in. You can also be added to a Waitlist which will notify you via email when it is back in stock. On some high demand products we do suggest putting them on Backorder vs. using the Waitlist as this will put you on the shipping que.

How do you handle backordered items?

If you choose to order an item that is Out of Stock, we will ship it as soon as we get it back in stock. Backorders will incur a separate shipping fee that does not get estimated in your original order. We will not charge your card for these items until they are shipped. Please note in your comments if you want the complete order to be held for shipping.
