Shipping Methods: All in stock items are shipped the same day when your order is placed by 2:15 P.M. (Pacific Standard). We will provide you with an estimated time for delivery on any out of stock or special order items. All shipments are sent UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Upon checkout it should give you the amount of days for the delivery. Please note that these are working days so it does not count Saturday or Sunday, or the day of shipment. For Instance: Ground tells you 4 days, you place your order on Wednesday, it will arrive on Tuesday of the following week. We also offer: UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select. We also offer US Postal for our customers in Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that shipping charges may vary from the amount indicated by the automatic shipping calculator since some items will go into a dimensional weight.

Payment Terms: We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We will only ship COD with the following terms: UPS Ground only, Cashiers Check or Money Order only.All International orders will incur a 2% credit card processing fee based on your order total.

Backorders: Most karting products are made in Italy. Due to this we do experience supply issues on occassion. If an item gets put on backorder we will contact you before your order is shipped. You have the option to hold the order until the item becomes available or ship the order incomplete. Backordered parts will be shipped on arrival with normal shipping fees applied unless canceled or over 30 days.

Free Ground Shipping Disclaimer (when promotion is in effect)

Applies to standard UPS Ground shipping within the contintental United States only. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are eligible for free USPS Flat Rate Small Package shipping only. International orders are excluded from the free shipping promotion. Upgraded shipping such as 1 Day Air will be charged at full cost. Excludes cost of Insurance which Acceleration may choose to add to any package if determined necessary (radiators, pipes, etc.)

Acceleration is not responsible or liable for any injury up to and including death resulting from the use of any product purchased from our web site. By purchasing from Acceleration Kart Racing, you agree to accept full liability.

Durango Marketing Inc., DBA Acceleration Kart Racing is not liable for any damages resulting from internet fraud or credit card fraud. All products sold by Acceleration Kart Racing are for racing purposes only. There are no warranties extended by Acceleration Kart Racing, explicit or implied. If any warranties exist from the manufacturer, distributor or importer, it is the customer's responsibility to pursue satisfaction from said manufacturer, distributor or importer. In purchasing from this site the customer agrees to all terms.

International Shipping Methods and Payment Terms
Currently we offer 2 different shipping options for international packages including USPS (US Postal Service), and Bongo. USPS can be utilized by existing customers and packages shipping to Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. All other international customers are required to use Bongo. All International orders will incur a 2% credit card processing fee based on your order total. Wire Transfer payments will incur a $25 fee. Customer will be responsible for all shipping fees no matter fault.

Please note that shipping charges may vary from the amount indicated by the automatic shipping calculator since some items will go into a dimensional weight. Please note that the Bongo estimator only includes the price and delivery time from your Bongo address. If Ground is chosen there will be an additional 5 business days for transit to your Bongo address.

Shipping to Canada: When shipping to Canada the customer has the choice of UPS or USPS. UPS will charge taxes, duties, and brokerage fees at time of package delivery. Acceleration is not responsible for these fees and they will require payment by the recipient at time of delivery (for more information please see "customs fees" below). When shipping USPS to Canada the initial charge is usually slightly more than UPS, but USPS does not typically charge brokerage fees. In the case that they do the recipient of the package will be required to pay the fees at time of delivery.

Customs fees, VAT (value added tax) and sales tax are typically charged by the government of your country and must be paid by the customer once the package arrives. We cannot determine what these fees will be. We recommend that you check with your local customs office or post office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. For customs clearance a customs broker is usually needed who may charge you a brokerage fee. Packages may be held up in customs for a few days and will delay delivery.

International Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Acceleration Kart racing is no longer responsible for the goods after you receive a Proof of Delivery from the Bongo warehouse. All shipping damages will be replaced by Acceleration Kart Racing if you did not waive the shipping insurance from BONGO. Customers will be responsible for replacement shipping costs.
